Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Genesis‑Music, displayed as G‑Music, including AI music generation, lyric assistance, uploads, subscriptions, and output.
Effective July 19, 2026 · Version 2026-07-191. Who we are and acceptance
G‑Music is operated by Genesis Evo Technology LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“Genesis,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, purchasing points, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and be at least 13; if you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must consent.
2. Accounts and security
Google sign-in identifies your account using a verified email and provider subject. You are responsible for activity through your session and must notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, legal risk, or material violations. Do not sell, share, automate, or evade limits on an account.
3. Upload rights — your mandatory promise
Before any upload used for a cover, remix, extension, vocal addition, style transfer, or reference, you must affirm that you own or control every necessary right, including the sound recording, composition, lyrics, performance, publicity, personality, voice, sample, and derivative-work rights. You may not upload a commercial recording merely because you bought or streamed a copy. A mechanical license alone may not authorize uploading a master, voice cloning, or creating a derivative recording.
You remain solely responsible for licenses, notices, royalties, collective-management obligations, distribution clearances, and claims. Your checkbox confirmation and its version are recorded. We may remove, block, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to address infringement, safety, fraud, law, or these Terms.
4. Your content and the license needed to operate G‑Music
You retain any rights you have in prompts, human-authored lyrics, and uploaded content. You grant Genesis and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and create technical or generative derivatives of that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Private creations are not made public by default. Publishing or sharing expands access according to your chosen setting.
5. AI output, ownership, and commercial use
Subject to payment, compliance, third-party provider terms, and applicable law, Genesis assigns or grants to you the rights Genesis may hold in output created for you on a paid plan. This does not transfer rights belonging to an uploader, songwriter, performer, label, publisher, provider, or other third party. Free or promotional points may be limited to personal evaluation until a paid plan applies to that generation.
AI output may be similar to other output, may contain artifacts or unintended similarities, and may not qualify for copyright protection. Prompts alone may not constitute human authorship. We do not promise uniqueness, copyrightability, non-infringement, distributor acceptance, merchantability, fitness, chart performance, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. You must review and clear output before release, monetization, synchronization, advertising, or distribution.
6. Prohibited use
- Infringing, impersonating, defaming, harassing, or exploiting another person;
- Cloning or deceptively simulating a real person’s voice or identity without permission;
- Uploading leaked, stolen, confidential, unlawful, or access-controlled material;
- Generating illegal content or content designed for fraud, manipulation, or deception;
- Bypassing points, rate limits, safety controls, authentication, or provider restrictions;
- Scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, or using the service to train a competing model where prohibited by law.
7. Points, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew every 30 days until cancelled. Taxes may be added at checkout. Plan points refresh with each 30-day billing cycle and do not roll over unless the plan says so; purchased top-up points do not expire while the account remains active, but have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Points are deducted before provider submission and automatically refunded when our server records a failed submission. Completed generation, compute, and consumed points are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change future prices or point costs with notice. A change does not alter already-purchased points. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms. Chargebacks or failed payments may suspend paid access. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Free accounts may download one unique song per UTC calendar day. Free exports are transcoded to a low-quality 64 kbps MP3 and include G‑Music copyright metadata plus a quiet recurring audible sonic watermark. Re-downloading the same selected song does not change that day's selection. Eligible paid accounts may download the provider's original available format without the G‑Music free-tier watermark.
8. Feedback and preference learning
Likes and dislikes are used to build a private taste profile for later generations. A signal is a preference, not an instruction to copy a track or artist. You can stop further learning by not using feedback controls and may request deletion subject to retention obligations.
9. Third-party services and independence
G‑Music uses independent providers for identity, payment, language intelligence, audio generation, storage, security, and delivery. Those services may have their own terms and availability. G‑Music is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Suno. References used in product research do not grant any right to Suno trademarks, designs, content, or software.
Free-tier MP3 export uses the LAME MP3 encoder through the separately loaded lamejs JavaScript port, provided under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3. Genesis has not modified that library. Source and license information remain available at the linked project; LAME and lamejs are not affiliated with or endorsed by Genesis.
10. Warranty disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and output are provided “as is” and “as available.” Genesis disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted, Genesis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for claims arising from your inputs, uploads, output, release, or monetization. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit all limits.
11. Indemnity, governing law, and changes
You will defend and indemnify Genesis and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your content, uploads, output use, rights violations, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Genesis. Wyoming law governs, excluding conflict rules, and disputes will be brought in state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be identified by a new version and appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
